Spencer Rugaber

Spencer Rugaber received his Master’s degree in applied mathematics from Harvard University in 1971, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Yale University. He has been a Senior Research Scientist in the College of Computer at Georgia Institute of Technology since 1993. Dr. Rugaber has worked with the National Science Foundation, Bell Laboratories where he was an in-house instructor with their Continuing Education Program, and an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University.
