Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer - CAMP Systems International Vibby Gottemukkala is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of CAMP Systems International, a business aviation information service provider. His responsibilities include strategy, operations, and technology management. He has been with CAMP since 2001. Prior to joining CAMP, Vibby was with the Electronic Commerce Systems and Database Systems groups at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center. He graduated from Georgia Tech in 1995 with a Ph. D in Computer Science.
