The purposes of this project are
1)         Develop new image/video manipulation techniques for mobile devices Image/Video based NPR is one of important techniques which could provide many useful applications and services in mobile device. We develop new video-based NPR algorithm which is the fundamental techniques for Samsung product differentiation.

2)         Samsung SWL secures the advanced image/video manipulation techniques from GA Tech
GA Tech (Prof. Irfan Essa) has advanced imager & video manipulation techniques, and these techniques will be transferred to Samsung through this project.

3)         Adapt PC-based imgae/video manipulation techniques to mobile devices Samsung will adapt the PC-based image/video NPR techniques to mobile device. In addition, finding & defining new image/video manipulation problems for mobile devices is also included in the purpose of the project
